More about me
Dr. Amanda Moe PT, DPT, PRPC
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, Cypress
Hi, I'm Amanda.
I'm a Pelvic Physical Therapist, mom of three, and strength-training enthusiast who is passionate about helping people stop letting pelvic symptoms dictate their lives.
Whether you're preparing for birth, navigating postpartum recovery, struggling with leaks, prolapse, pelvic pain, painful sex, or trying to stay strong through perimenopause and beyond, my goal is simple: to help you understand your body, feel confident in your decisions, and get back to doing the things you love.
I believe birth is one of the most physically demanding events many women will ever experience, yet few are taught how to prepare for it. If we train for marathons, competitions, and big life events, why wouldn't we prepare for birth? Postpartum recovery deserves more than a six-week clearance, and pelvic floor therapy should empower you, not leave you feeling fearful or limited.
As both a pelvic therapist and a mom, I understand that every person's journey is different. That's why I take a client-centered approach, meeting you where you are and creating a plan that fits your goals, lifestyle, and season of life.
While I have a special passion for helping women navigate pregnancy, prepare for birth, and recover postpartum, I also work with women experiencing pelvic floor concerns through perimenopause and beyond, as well as men dealing with pelvic pain, bladder issues, bowel dysfunction, and sexual health concerns.
Pelvic health shouldn't feel confusing or embarrassing. I'm here to help you cut through the noise, understand what's happening in your body, and work with you to create a plan that helps you feel stronger, more confident, and supported every step of the way.
