Birth Prep
Prepare Your Body, Calm Your Mind, and Step Into Birth with Confidence
1
Why Birth Prep Matters
Most moms are told to “just wait and see” how their body will handle birth.
But you don’t have to leave it up to chance.
With holistic pelvic floor physical therapy, you’ll learn how to:
-
Support your pelvic floor and core before delivery
 -
Practice pushing positions that feel right for your body
 -
Use breathwork + movement to make labor more effective
 -
Reduce risk of tearing, incontinence, and prolapse
 -
Build recovery strategies before baby arrives

💡 Think of it as strength training, stretching, and stress relief — all customized for pregnancy and birth.

Who It’s For
Birth Prep sessions are for any expecting mom who wants to feel:
✨ Confident in their body
✨ Informed about their options
✨ Supported through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum
We typically recommend completing your birth prep in the third trimester, between 30-34 weeks.
Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, it’s never too early (or too late) to prepare.
We have partnered with Tulip Midwifery to provide Birth Prep Sessions for their birth package clients.
If you are a Tulip client, reach out to schedule your birth prep session in your third trimester!
