Strength + Sculpt

A pelvic floor and core-conscious small group strength class for women.

We’re excited to partner with Ashley Lashaway to bring a new movement offering to West Pelvic Wellness.

Strength + Sculpt is a 50 minute workshop-style class that blends the best of mat pilates and strength training to support core function, pelvic floor health, stability, posture, and whole-body strength.

This class is designed for women who want to feel:

  • stronger

  • more confident in movement

  • more connected to their core

  • supported in a safe, intentional environment

 

Ashley is a Certified Personal Trainer, Mat Pilates Instructor, and Certified Women’s Health Coach, with additional training in Prenatal and Postpartum Corrective Exercise through Sarah Duvall. As a local mom of three, she brings both expertise and real-life understanding to the women she works with.

Because each class is limited to just 4 participants, women can expect a more personalized and supportive experience with close attention to form, breath, and movement quality.
