The first phase in your pelvic floor rehab journey will focus on improving length and flexibility in your muscles along with space in any affected joints involved.

Load
The second phase in your rehab journey involves adding healthy challenges to your muscles and joints with load. This involves more strength based movement programming that will help your muscles adapt and make healthy changes.

Excel
The third and final phase of your rehab journey will focus on building more strength as well as adding challenges like plyometrics and advaced core/pelvic floor strengthening.
Now Offering Private and Small Group Pilates
Our instructor, Kate, is a Mum of 2 and pelvic physio with 10 years experience teaching pilates. Kate is originally from Scotland and moved to Houston 2 years ago with her family.
Pelvic Wellness Pilates is a small group, women's only mat pilates class with a pelvic floor rehab focus. Participants will learn to tune into their breath, core and pelvic floor as they increase strength, flexibility and coordination in this 50 minute class.

Small Group Details: Classes are offered Friday mornings at 9:00am and 10:00am.

Onsite Childcare will be available for $5 per child, $2 for any additional children. Prior registration is required for childcare.
